Board of Occupational Therapy
The West Virginia Board of Occupational Therapy regulates and licenses persons providing occupational therapy services to the general public in the State of West Virginia. The Board's purposes are to protect consumers and promote quality of occupational therapy services, and to assure the highest degree of professional care and conduct on the part of ccupational therapist and occupational therapist assistants.

Board of Pharmacy
It is the duty of the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy to protect the public health, safety, and welfare by the effective regulation of the practice of pharmacy; the licensure of pharmacists; the licensure and regulation of all sites or persons who distribute, manufacture, or sell drugs or devices used in the dispensing and administration of drugs or devices within the state of West Virginia.
