UC Benefit Rate Table
Pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 21A, Article 6, Section 10 of the West Virginia Unemployment Compensation Law, as amended, the following provisions of this benefit table shall apply to benefit years beginning on any day in the year commencing on July 1, 2007 and ending on July 5, 2008. The table consists of proper and lawful Wage Classes, Wages in Base Period, Weekly Benefit Rates, and Maximum Benefit Rates, all as set forth in said table. The minimum weekly benefit rate is $24.00 and maximum benefit rate is $408.00.
