“Parks with lodges have restaurants and each food service manager makes special arrangements for this special Sunday of the year – Mother’s Day,” said Ken Caplinger, chief of West Virginia’s state parks system. “Rain or shine, restaurants are popular at our state parks on Mother’s Day.”
At Twin Falls the buffet includes catfish filets; Blackwater Falls includes salmon and seafood manicotti; Chief Logan Lodge restaurant is serving Marinated chicken; and those enjoying Pipestem will find Prime Rib of Beef in addition to other entrees, sides, desserts and salads.
