Governor Tomblin Issues Executive Order 6-13
CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin today issued Executive Order 6-13 calling for an additional reduction in authorized fiscal year 2013 general revenue expenditures.
Through this Executive Order, the Governor is instructing the Secretary of Revenue to reduce authorized fiscal year 2013 general revenue expenditures by an amount of up to $20 million. This action will permit the State to maintain the constitutionally required balanced budget.
