 Governor Earl Ray Tomblin to Deliver State of the State Address 

1/5/2012  Beginning at 7 p.m. Jan. 11, 2012, Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin will deliver the State of the State Address. 

  • The speech is expected to last approximately 45 minutes.
It will be broadcast on West Virginia Public Television (coordinates: AMC 9 TRANSPONDER K20A) and West Virginia Public Radio among other media outlets in the state.
