 Governor Tomblin Announces the Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission Will Receive Applications Immediately

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin today announced the Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission will begin receiving applications immediately for the vacancy in the Twenty-Ninth Judicial Circuit serving Putnam County. This vacancy was created by the retirement of The Honorable Judge O.C. Spaulding.

The deadline for application is Wed., Feb. 15, 2012 and the deadline for submittal of letters of recommendation is Wed., Feb. 22, 2012. Applications and letters of recommendation will not be considered if received after the deadlines. Interviews will be held on Mon., Mar. 5, 2012.
