 Governor Tomblin and First Lady Participate in Joyful Night Celebration

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin and First Lady Joanne Jaeger Tomblin will participate in the annual Joyful Night Celebration at the State Capitol beginning at 5:45 p.m. with a tree-lighting ceremony on the North Plaza.
