 Governor to Discuss Marcellus Shale and Economic Development 

2/16/2011  CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Governor Earl Ray Tomblin held a press conference yesterday at 2:30 p.m. in the Governor’s Reception Room regarding economic development opportunities associated with Marcellus Shale.
