The Logan Farmers’ Market will host its annual Holiday Open House Saturday, November 5, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Attractions will include helicopter rides ($29.99, weather permitting), music by the Streetplayers Band, artisan demonstrations and free samples of West Virginia Grown products. Six-pound bags of apples will be sold for $5 while supplies last.
“This should be quite a festive event, and I encourage everyone in the area to stop by, try some of our state’s great food products and, of course, buy some items to take home or to give as holiday gifts,” said Commissioner of Agriculture Gus R. Douglass.
The Market is open year-round. It is located one mile west of Chapmanville, just off Corridor G at the old Logan Road exit. For more information, call 304-792-7017.
