Wonderful WV May Magazine CoverSOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The May 2013 issue of Wonderful West Virginia, now on sale, continues its year-long celebration of the state’s sesquicentennial with articles and photos showing why West Virginia is and always has been a special place. The cover is a portrait of renowned fiddler Joe Dobbs of St. Albans, playing at the Siege of Fort Randolph reenactment at Krodel Park in Point Pleasant. This issue also features the winners of the magazine’s essay contest for middle and high school students.
