 Two Commerce Agencies Relocate Headquarters 

1/13/2012 

Headquarters for the West Virginia Division of Forestry (DOF) and the Office of Miners’ Health, Safety and Training (OMHS&T) are now in one location: 7 Players Club Drive in Charleston. The DOF will occupy the first floor and the OMHS&T occupies the second.

“The Players Club Building is a modern facility with adequate room for each agency’s staff. The location is close to the State Capitol and has plenty of parking for visitors,” said Department of Commerce Cabinet Secretary Keith Burdette.

Forestry’s mailing address remains 1900 Kanawha Boulevard, East, Charleston, WV 25305-0180. Mail to the Office of Miner’s Health Safety and Training should be addressed to 7 Players Club Drive, Suite 2, Charleston, WV 25311.
