Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin Participates in Upper Big Branch Mine Disaster Memorial in Whitesville

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Beginning at 6:00 p.m. April 5, 2011, Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin will join Upper Big Branch Mine disaster victims' families, state dignitaries and the community of Whitesville to pay tribute to the 29 men who perished on April 5, 2010.
- The memorial program is anticipated to run approximately 90 minutes.
