Governor Will Call Legislature into Second Special Session, Beginning August 18

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin announced today that he will be calling the members of the legislature into special session, beginning at noon, Thursday, August 18.
In anticipation of a veto of House Bill 106, the special session agenda will focus on legislation relating to and implementing the decennial redistricting of the House of Delegates of the Legislative Department.
The proclamation officially calling the Legislature into session is expected to be entered early next week.
