CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin will be joined by state leaders, mining officials and mine experts during a press conference in Charleston for the official worldwide launch and unveiling of a one-of-a-kind mobile technology tool. The design and features of this state-of-the-art tool will support mining and mine rescue operations across the state, and if requested, around the world in a global emergency.
The press conference will be held in Charleston, West Virginia on the north side of the State Capitol, tomorrow, March 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.
