 Statement From The Governor About The Passing Of Don Kinnard

Gov. Joe Manchin today released this statement after learning of the passing of longtime West Virginia veterans advocate Don Kinnard:

"There was not a more dedicated or loyal American than Don Kinnard. Don truly served his country. He was a personal friend and I relied heavily on his advice, direction and passion for veterans' concerns. That is something I will always cherish and we will all miss.
