 Division of Natural Resources District 3 Office in Upshur County Closed Due to Power Outage 

2/13/2009  The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources District 3 Office at French Creek in Upshur County is closed Friday, Feb. 13, because this week’s wind storms have knocked out all electricity and telephone service, according to WVDNR Wildlife Resources Section Chief Curtis Taylor. The office will remain closed until service is restored.

District 3 includes the counties of Upshur, Lewis, Randolph, Braxton, Clay, Nicholas, Webster and Pocahontas. DNR’s District 3 Law Enforcement Office in Elkins may be reached at (304) 637-0245.
