Holiday in the Park: Nov. 23-Dec. 31, Parkersburg
This holiday light drive-through features a colorful array of animated and still holiday light displays. Sponsored by various businesses and individuals, this light show covers both City Park and Southwood Park, which have been decorated in celebration of the season. Christmas in the Park: Nov. 26-Dec.31, Chief Logan State Park, Logan
Experience the holiday season viewing more than one million lights on a four-mile drive. Beginning Dec. 1 until Dec. 23, Santa Claus will be available at Santa Land for pictures Monday-Saturday from 6 p.m.–8 p.m. A gift shop will be available for holiday purchases. Admission is free to the public; however, donations are accepted. Hours will be from dusk until 10 p.m. daily. Holiday of Lights Festival: Nov. 26-Jan. 2, Bluefield
What began with a few scattered snowflakes has now grown to more than 600,000 lights transformed into a showcase of holiday themes that are sure to touch the hearts of everyone. This beautiful array of lights creates a mile and half drive over 40 acres of Tony Lotito City Park. Hours are 6 p.m.-10 p.m. on weekdays, and 6 p.m.–11 p.m. on weekends. American Mountain Theater Christmas Spectacular: Nov. 27-29 and Dec. 2-6, Elkins

Yuletide in the Park: Nov. 27-31, Hurricane
Join us for a unique celebration of the holiday season with animated light displays throughout the park. Christmas Craft Show: Nov. 29-30, Buckhannon
This year marks the 27th anniversary for the juried craft show. You will find something for everyone at one of the more than 80 vendor booths. There will be door prize drawings every 15 minutes, with all prizes donated by the crafters. “Miracle on 34th Street”: Dec. 3-6, Charleston
When a white-bearded gentleman claims to be the real Santa Claus, he brings about a genuine “Miracle on 34th Street.” This miracle spreads a wave of love throughout New York City and convinces a divorced, cynical single mother, her somber daughter, and the entire state of New York that Santa Claus is no myth. Annual Victorian Christmas Home Tour & Tea: Dec. 5-6, Parkersburg
Julia-Ann Square Historic District presents five-home tours on Saturday, Dec. 5. Tours will include tea at the historic United Methodist Church at 10th and Juliana streets. Hours on Saturday will be 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and the candlelight tours begin at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, will offer tours of homes only. Admission prices are $15 for Saturday and $10 for Sunday. Annual Yule Tea at Berkeley Castle: Dec. 6, Berkeley Springs
This annual fundraiser benefits the Museum of Berkeley Springs. The Museum of Berkeley Springs is housed on the second floor of the 1815 Roman Bath House in Berkeley Springs State Park, the oldest public building in the historic town. Through its exhibits, publications and activities, the museum showcases the story of the famous warm mineral springs and their continuing impact on the life and people around them. Tea will be served at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the beautiful Berkeley Castle. Music will be provided by Berkeley Springs Victorian Choir, and Jill Klein Rone will present “Rosa Suit,” for whom the castle was built in 1885. Tickets are $25.
