After last year’s virtual celebration, the West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival is returning in person to Clarksburg for its 43rd year and will take place in Jackson Square.
The event will be held Labor Day weekend, Sept. 3 through Sept. 5.
“We have been patiently waiting for the right time to announce this exciting news,” said Tyler Terango, chairman of the WVIHF board of directors.
Terango said the board of directors met Wednesday evening and made the decision to move forward with an in-person celebration of the 2021 event.
