Economic development in West Virginia is at an all-time high when it comes to business activity.
That’s according to Mike Graney, executive director of the state’s department of economic development.
“We have a great business climate. So we’re getting looks now that we previously had not gotten. We have a very deep pipeline in terms of requests for information, requests for proposals from site selectors, and site consultants,” Graney said. “And I think we’re achieving our goal of intentionally diversifying and innovating our economy.”
There has been growth in manufacturing, technology, small business and more.
