MHIRJ unveiled a new facility being built in Bridgeport, West Virginia which will serve as MHIRJ’s Aftermarket Component Center of Excellence. The new Center of Excellence will specialize in Component Repair and Overhaul (CR&O) and short order spare parts manufacturing. The Facility was built with the assistance of a Federal EDA grant and will double the amount of MHIRJ’s component repair jobs in West Virginia and introduce manufacturing jobs to North Central Regional Airport Aerotech Business Park. The new facility will allow MHIRJ to provide a greater selection of services to our CRJ Series customers and provide a platform for further diversification and growth.

In attendance at the unveiling were State Senator Mike Romano, County Commissioner David Hinkle and Mayor Andy Lang as well as Hiro Yamamoto, President and CEO of MHIRJ. “This new business venture is very important for the future of MHIRJ, and we are grateful for the support that we have received from the various levels of government allowing us to take this crucial step,” said Hiro Yamamoto.
