New Wheeling Artisan Center Location Now Open at Oglebay Park

A new era began at the Carriage House Glass building at Oglebay Park Thursday when the ribbon was cut to officially open the new Wheeling Artisan Center Shop there.

It’s a secondary location for the Artisan Center Shop, which will continue to operate its main store in downtown Wheeling. The new store sits in the middle of the Carriage House Building in the area that high-end glass offerings had occupied. Glass walls surround it, and it has its own entrance and cash-out area.

The Carriage House building has been empty of retail product in recent weeks, but a new neighbor already is starting to move in to the left of the Artisan Center Shop.
