Watoga State Park, Calvin Price State Forest and Droop Mountain Battlefield State Park have been designated official Dark Sky Parks by the International Dark-Sky Association (IDA). These three areas are the first official International Dark Sky Park designations in the state. Watoga State Park offers Dark Sky programming and activities for all three areas.
