State DOT aiming to get potholes fixed before summer months

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Secretary of Transportation for the WVDOT, Jimmy Wriston, gave updates Friday on pothole patching and work zone safety.

“Over the last few years, we’ve set this target, we’re going to get all of these potholes by Memorial Day, that’s our goal, that’s our goal every year,” Wriston said.

Getting it done before it gets too hot is more reason to set that date as a goal for Wriston.
