Roya holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She also has a certificate in Software Engineering from West Virginia University.
She has participated in and led various projects for Department of Defense, Department of Justice, NASA, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services and Department of the Army.
In 2014, Maher followed her dreams and founded A3L Federal Works, a Woman-Owned Small Business headquartered in Fairmont.
