The Consolidated Public Retirement Board is responsible for the administration of all State retirement plans for educational employees, public employees, deputy sheriffs, judges, and public safety personnel with the exclusion of some higher educational plans. Although the Consolidated Public Retirement Board administers many retirement systems, the assets and the administration of each system remain separate and distinct.
