Forestry, Division of

Regulates and coordinates forestry activities on the state's forest land. The division's programs include Forest Fire Control, Logging Regulation, Water Quality, Landowner Assistance, Forest Stewardship, Ginseng Regulation, Forestry Industry Assistance, Urban and Community Forestry, State Forests Management, Fall Foliage, Firewise West Virginia, Smokey Bear, Conservation Education and Clements State Tree Nursery.
